Coach Nicky

Coach Nicky is our leader and head trainer of The Buffalo. She values the importance of continued education and always learning. Her mission is to create a safe and empowering space where community members can go to grow and thrive. You can count on her making you feel stronger and more empowered than you have ever been before.

When she’s not coaching you can find her with family out on the boat, traveling the world or working out with really heavy weights. Her passion for The Buffalo and community exudes from her each and every day and you can count on her bringing the heat!

The Buffalo Coaches

Coach Crystal Ricciardi

Hi, my name is Crystal Ricciardi.  I wear many hats...I am a wife, a mom to three boys, an occupational therapist and a functional nutritionist.  I have a bachelors in Sports Physiology and a Masters in Occupational Therapy.  I am a certified integrative health coach and certified in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

I have a love for learning so I am finishing up another Masters degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at University of Western States.  I love coaching the awesome community here at The Buffalo.  It is so rewarding to see our members make progress, challenge themselves, and meet goals while having fun!  I enjoy teaching nutrition classes, working with individual clients and empowering our members to make healthy choices.  I love cooking, exploring new places and spending time in the outdoors with my family and friends.

Coach Dan Mcneese

I have been a Health and Fitness Teacher in the Auburn School District for 15 years and am currently at Auburn Mountainview High School. Previously, I was at Cascade Middle School where I taught PE, Health and Outdoor Education. I also coached football, wrestling, basketball and baseball during my time there. Aside from my professional life, I love to participate in outdoor activities with my wife Molly. We enjoy boating, hiking, snowboarding, surfing and more.  We also love working out together and lifting heavy!

There are so many reasons why I love coaching at The Buffalo and why I've made it my home, but here's my top two. 1) The programming is consistent, challenging, achievable for all levels and done for you so you don't have to think about your workout! 2) The people. The community here is genuinely the best. Everyone is kind, supportive and encouraging. Lots of smiles and lots of good energy every single day! Please reach out if you have any questions! I'm looking forward to supporting you and your families in your fitness journey!

Coach Kaylyn Roberts

Hey there! My name is Kaylyn and I’m a loving dog mom, passionate fitness coach, and an outdoor enthusiast who loves taking advantage of all the beauty the PNW has to offer. Outside of the gym I enjoy taking my fitness outdoors to the mountains and I’ll always take any travel opportunity that comes my way.

I grew up as an athlete but started diving deeper into fitness and Olympic lifting about 7 years ago. I’ve spent the past few years falling in love with coaching after becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach in 2018.

My goal as a coach is to empower people! We are all capable of more than we know and I love how the mindset we develop in the gym bleeds over into all aspects of our lives. I love coaching at The Buffalo and am so grateful to be a part of such an awesome community of people who are committed to bettering themselves in all aspects of life.

Coach Molly

Hey guys! I’m Coach Molly and Im happy to say I’ve been coaching at The Buffalo for just over one year! I grew up playing sports in the Maple Valley/Ravensdale area, and I’m very excited to be back in the community continuing my fitness journey with others. By day, I’m a Special Education teacher in the Auburn School District; currently working with high school students. I’m very lucky that I get to combine my passion for fitness with background in teaching to hopefully make classes fun!

There are so many reasons I believe in The Buffalo. The programming is excellent for all fitness levels! I also strongly believe that participating in community and fitness is essential to mental health. The Buffalo provides all of those in one place!

In my free time, my husband Dan and I love doing all things outdoors. I love snowboarding, boating, wake surfing, hiking, adventuring, and competitive slalom skiing.
